Happy Saturday

Here's wishing you a Happy Saturday with this Norman Rockwell Saturday Evening Post cover from 1920. The art from that time period was wonderful, don't you agree?
All of us at My Friends and I LOVE vintage and all things cute. We are constantly bringing in new stuff. The girls way in the back last room on the right just brought in lots of pretty dishes and serving pieces. It's never too late to think about holiday entertaining. Come on in and see what's new. Bet you can find something to make your holiday table special and that you can't live without!

Fall is coming!

Wait till you see our windows!
Mary and Peggy a Mother and daughter team who have a space in the shop painted the outside of the windows today. All I can say is that they are
Spooktacular!
It's not easy taking pictures of windows with the glare of cars etc., but I think you get the ideal. I will try taking some at night and in the early mornings when there won't be any cars in front of the store, but really you should just come on down to MY FRIENDS AND I and see for yourselfs how great they are. One thing you miss in the pictures is the glitter they added to the kitty's, pumpkins, leafs etc. it's so cute!
