An Early Fall

That's right, Fall has come early to MY FRIENDS AND I!! It has always been our tradition each year to start putting Fall and Halloween out for the Niles Antique Faire (this year on August 26th), but the CUTEST things have been arriving daily by UPS and we just had to put them in the store! I will be adding a few pictures daily so you can see what I mean. Don't you just love Fall!

Handcrafted bear

Mary Brooks is one of our very talented dealers in the shop and she makes wonderful bears. Here some pictures of her latest. Mary puts a lot of time and details into her bear making and each one is a work of art.

We are changing stuff around and adding new merchandise to the shop in preparation for the Antique faire Sunday August 26th. I will be taking pictures all month long , so please keep coming back to the blog often.

There's been some changes!

First of all, Karen dealer #4 has left the shop. She moved to Roseville five years ago and has been keeping her space at MY FRIENDS AND I all that time. But all good things must come to a end. We will miss her coming down 4 times a month to work, but since we are all friends here, we plan on staying in touch.

Now for the other changes. Suzanne, dealer #18 has moved from her spot to the one one that Karen used to have. Here is how the spot looked a few days ago and how it looked today.

Here are a few more of Suzanne's new space. She has some really fun stuff right now.

Next we have a new dealer in Suzanne's old space. Her name is Valerie and we are very excited to have her join us here at MY FRIENDS AND I. The first picture is her space 2 days ago the rest are of how it looked today.
