Ah........ Spring!

Now that Easter is over we are all thinking Spring and Mother's Day. It's never too early to pick up something special for Mom and who wouldn't love a pretty tea cup and saucer. We have quite a few in the shop right now. Speaking of cups look at the second picture and see what Peggy, dealer # 15 made. These wind chimes are so cute and cleaver. They are one of a kind so if you see one you like you'd better grab it before someone else does. Believe me at our Annual Niles Art, Garden and Quilt (first time for the quilts) show on May 16th they will fly out the door.

Still time to find a cute Bunny on sale. They will be hopping out of the store sometime after this weekend, so don't delay.

I'm sorry for playing an APRIL FOOLS joke on you, but I couldn't resist!

We are NOT planning on going out of business for a very long time , probably never, well I guess I shouldn't say never, but it's not going to happen any time soon. We all LOVE what we do and MY FRIENDS AND I is such a fun store, we'd miss it and seeing all of you.

We will be closed Sunday for Easter, but if you come on Saturday you'll see that some of our Easter stuff will be on sale. If it's not marked down on the tag, it will be 25% off but there will be some stuff marked down more than that.

Last day of Open House

TOMORROW (Sunday) is the last day of our Spring Open House. Everything will still be 10% off and you can still get in the drawing for the $100.00 gift certificate AND there are still lots of cute free items around the store that you can choose from with purchase. Everyone LOVED looking for something free. Come in Sunday and have some fun.

I couldn't resist taking the picture of the Plaza and the little trees that are blooming. If you haven't seen it yet that's another reason to visit Niles.

Busy and Beavers???

NO! busy as BUNNIES!

I thought this bunny was so cute that I made hang tags out of it and we are putting it on things that will be placed through out the store and will be FREE with purchase at our OPEN HOUSE. It will be one per customer so if you pick up something you like, but then see something else, but the first thing back. FUN! Of course it will be while the free things last, but we'll have lots. Remember the Open House dates are.......

I'm Back

and I did find some cute vintage things in Colorado that will show up in the shop for the Spring Open House, March 19th 6:00pm-9:00pm and Sat. Sun. 20, 21. (read about it in last post) I'm busy marking it and getting it ready to take in.

Off to Colorado and Announcement

I'M OFF to visit my Daughter and Grand kids in Colorado Springs for a few days and as if I'm not excited enough about that she told me that there's a big Antique Extravaganza this weekend! Don't know how much I can fit in suitcases to bring back (may have to leave my clothes LOL!) but I'm sure there will be some new stuff from Colorado in the shop upon my return.
