New Dealer in the shop
Linda is our newest dealer at MY FRIENDS AND I. We are very happy to welcome her to the store. She has the whole back area in the back room on the left. She's still moving stuff in, but as you can see from the pictures below, she has some beautiful things.

We have a new dealer moving in. I will have pictures soon. She has some cute stuff! You'd better hurry in to see.
This is a cute sign for that chocolate lover you know (or yourself) it truly is one of the great mysteries of life! Be careful Valentines isn't far away.
Looking at these Bird Houses kind of puts you in the mood for Spring doesn't it?
Red is still one of antique collectors all time favorite colors, and why not look at some of the cute stuff made in the "olden days"
The next two pictures are just some cute stuff we carry. My Friends and I mix the vintage and new together. Isn't that how most of our houses are?

Here are some pictures of some of the changes we are doing. For you sock monkey collectors, take note of the one in the first picture, she's sooooo ugly she's cute! I think she is probably from the 40's or 50's.
The second picture is a completely re-done space. It's so shabby and pretty, makes you want to buy it all.

Out with the old In with the New
Can you believe that it's the new year already! The first day of 2008 was spent at MY FRIENDS AND I taking out the Christmas stuff and doing some re-arranging. We are doing some space changes also, so my husband was painting and getting everything ready. We will have a new dealer joining us Mid Jan. I'll take pictures tomorrow of all the changes made in the spaces. Everything looks wonderful! Come in soon and check it out.

The New Year is almost here. All of us at My Friends and I are wishing you a happy and properous 2008. Only 3 more days till Christmas. I must say that it's been a great season for MY FRIENDS AND I. I've been in the crafty mood lately and dreaming of SPRING already. I know, I know, it's still Winter, BUT I can't help it. Spring is my favorite time of the year. Here is a sneak preview of some pillows I'm working on. Don't know when I will put these in the shop, probably when I can't stand Winter any longer! I am going to make a few in fall colors also and will put them in the shop soon.
A lot of customers ask how MY FRIENDS AND I came about. Well, pre-shop days I did Craft Shows, a lot of Craft shows and decided that it was a lot of work! I had always dreamed of having a shop, so MY FRIENDS AND I was born. I knew I didn't want to be at a shop 7 days a week so I decided to rent spaces and make it a collective. 25 years later we're still here and all of us at MY FRIENDS AND I still enjoy what we're doing. I can't say it enough " our customers are the best!"
